Introducing the SL BENFICA Academy presented by experienced SL BENFICA Academy coaches. This is a program for Coaches of all levels
The methodology applied will be the same as SL Benfica uses in the training of its athletes and which guarantees the sustainability of its professional squads. Besides the specific training sessions that SL BENFICA will provide you with content, ideas and methodology to help you develop your players and teams technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills.
